Vanya in Soviet Uniform

_{Note!: Okay so I'm not so sure I got the uniform on Vanya correct, but I sure do hope so! I tried looking for references as to what the uniform color looked like and well from what I saw, this is what I chose.}

So this was originally drawn by Himaruya. I really wanted to color it to see how it would look. I think it turned out pretty good.
